Conference Room Rentals $45 per hour

Two dedicated conference rooms: 6 person conference room, one 12 person conference room. Both with white-boards, TV,s and webcams. Great for any type of meeting! Half Day and Full Day discounted pricing available. Contact us to book.
Virtual Address and Mail $45 Month

Need a NH Address? We offer virtual office services with a dedicated suite number. Our only ask, is that you pick up your mail at least monthly from our dedicated mail room.

We offer a 10 Visit Punch Pass for $275. or a Day Pass for $35 / Please email us to schedule your visit in advance. We don’t accept walk-ins.
Private Event Use

Nights and Weekends are generally open for private events, trainings, photo-shoots, meetings, and other unique needs. Contact us about your idea and we will work together on a rate.

Nope, and that's by design! SMaCk Collective uses keyless access control, so members come and go whenever they need to. We stay connected through our member communication channels, so if someone's out of the office you can still reach them. Our members look out for each other and the space, including flipping lights on and off as they come and go. 💡
None. Wi-Fi, utilities, coffee, and all the good stuff are included in your membership. No surprise bills, ever.
Super common question!! Fast and reliable. We're on Comcast's top-tier business plan, and we're exploring fiber in the near future to make it even faster.

We have three kitchen areas:
- The Community Kitchen: toaster, microwave, and a fridge stocked with drinks for everyone to enjoy.
- The Coffee & Snack Bar: coffee, water, snacks, and a fridge for your personal food. Pro tip: we don't stock creamer (too much was going to waste!), so bring your favorite and write your name on it.
- The Private Office Kitchenette: a smaller space reserved for our private office members.
We also have two water stations, one in the community kitchen and one in the 12-person conference room. 💧
Easy and free, with no limits. The main lot near our door sometimes fills up depending on the other businesses in the park, but there's plenty of space in the lower lot and side lot. Just park and stroll up the sidewalk to our entrance.
We love your furry friends, and we used to allow them, but SMaCk Collective is now a pet-free space so every member can work comfortably, including those with allergies. We gave this a try but do to barking we had to remove this benefit.
Service animals are always welcome. 🐾
